Summit Staff is passionate about training the next generation of athletes! Babies, all the way to our competitive athletes -our staff wants to partner with parents to raise the next generation to be prepared for their future endeavors. A prerequisite for working at Summit Athletix is a love for kids! 

We take passionate people and provide them with the training they need to provide the best instruction for our athletes. From our recreational coaches all the way to Directors, we provide continuous training to enable Summit Staff to do their jobs to the best of their ability. 

Beyond the initial Summit Athletix training process, all coaches are certified in the following:

• First Aid, CPR and AED training
• up to the USASF level they coach
• USASF green light certification
• Summit Athletix Tumbling Certification 

Training for our staff does not stop after the initial employment training. We are committed to continuously learning about our sport and how to better train continuously learning about our sport and how to better train our athletes. 

Our staff is intentional about everything we do. Whether it is coaching 2 year olds, or training upper level tumbling, our coaches know what the end goal is and the path needed to get there. All classes and teams are organized with a specific structure which allows the best environment for learning.
